About Us
Troop meetings are every Monday at 7:30-9 pm in downtown Northville.
Troop 755 has 120+ registered scouts with 50 registered adults, so we are able to host many activities and have adult support to make them successful.
We offer a more structured program and run 16-20 Merit Badges each year as part of our regular Troop Meetings, with 4-5 to choose from every few months. 2-3 of them are always Eagle-required.
Years in Scouting
Our Troop is about to celebrate its 75th year of providing the morals and values embraced by the Scout Oath and the Scout Law. We appreciate our charter organization and sponsor, the First Presbyterian Church of Northville, for instilling in its adult leaders the enthusiasm to deliver an exciting program to the boys, as well as for the superb facilities where we hold our weekly Troop meetings.
Our Program
Scouts are challenged in the outdoor experience that is so fundamental in Scouting in both monthly campouts or high adventures.
Due to outdoor experience on all types of campouts both scouts in the First Year Scout Program, where the 5th graders are schooled in advanced first aid, orienteering, and basic outdoor skills; or older scouts on their Trail to Eagle can immerse themselves in the wilderness.

Monthly Camp Outs
West Point camporee- annual camping event held by West Point Academy.
Chief Pontiac Trail treks- Looping hike for people interested in backpacking.
Ray’s Mountain Biking indoor adventure- Indoor mountain biking park where you can rent a mountain bike and learn how to mountain bike.
Mid Adventure
Manitou Island- Island in Lake Michigan, near Sleeping Bear Dunes.
Manistee River- Camping at one of Michigan’s National Parks. (need more info)
WhiteWater Rafting, etc- Going to Pennsylvania to go on an amazing experience of white water rafting.
High Adventure
Philmont- 10 day backpacking trip in mountains of Colorado.
SCUBA at SeaBase- Scuba diving trip in Florida.
Glacier National Park, etc.- camping in glacier national park located in Montana.
